2011 PROGRAM INFORMATION (2012 Information Coming Soon)

HortEast provides delegates with access to experts and events all geared towards enriching your industry knowledge and business skills. The 2011 program will appeal to both company owners and their staff, and to all members of the environmental horticulture industry.

All events will take place at the Moncton Coliseum Complex or our main hotel, the Crowne Plaza Hotel, unless noted otherwise. Locations and rooms are noted beside each event.

The Atlantic Chapter of the International Society of Arborists will be offering the opportunity to write the ISA Exam on Monday afternoon. Visit www.isaatlantic.org for more information.

4:30pm – 6:30pm IPM Exam (Moncton Coliseum Complex - Workshop Room C)
The IPM Accreditation Program (IPMAP) recognizes companies, park systems, golf clubs and their superintendents, and other interested institutions who demonstrate their knowledge of and commitment to the principles of IPM through a process of certification, audit, and professional development. Integrated Pest Management or IPM is a decision making process that uses all necessary techniques to suppress pests effectively, economically and in an environmentally sound manner.
